Change of Heart? No Problem!
If you no longer want your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. After that, we can’t offer a refund or exchange – but hey, that’s more snacks for you to enjoy!
The Golden Rules of Returns
Unopened, unused, and in original packaging? You’re good to go!
Opened or nibbled on? Sorry, but we can’t accept returns on food that’s been opened – we need to keep things fresh and safe!
Discounted sale items due to short shelf life?
These are final sale and can’t be returned.
Return Shipping – Who Covers What?
Quality issue? We’ll take care of the return shipping cost – just let us know what’s up.
Changed your mind? You’ll need to cover the return postage yourself. We recommend a tracked delivery service and holding onto your proof of postage – we can’t process a refund until your snacks land safely back with us.
How to Return Your Order
Contact us first! Drop us a message via our ‘Contact Us’ page on the website within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your full name and order number so we can help you out quickly.
Wait for confirmation before sending anything back – we’ll guide you through the process.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm we’ve got it and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
Approved? :tada: Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
How long? Once processed, refunds can take 3-5 working days to appear in your account. Still waiting? Follow these steps before reaching out:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company – sometimes refunds take time to show up.
Contact your bank – processing delays happen.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please submit an enquiry via our Contact Us page with your full name and order number.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, it will be for the same item(s) as per your original order.
To request an exchange, email hello@wearethecurators.com with:
Photos of the defective/damaged item(s).
Your full name and order number.
We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with return instructions. In most cases, we cannot send out your exchange until we’ve received the original item(s) back. We apologise for any inconvenience!
Our Freshness Promise
We guarantee your snacks will arrive with at least 30 days of shelf life, unless otherwise stated in a promotion (check the product description for details).
